We had an amazing time in this small hotel in Florence. Best and very helpful staff who were always there to help. 3. It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location close enough to right on the Arno at the Ponte alla Carraia, and the main train station and the Duomo.

I had the best time at this hotel during my 14-day trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and went beyond my expectations by fixing my jacket. The design of the hotel was unique and the high ceilings made the rooms feel spacious and luxurious. The hotel's warm temperature was a great advantage during February. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and also provided easy access to non-touristic areas. The WiFi was decent and there were always snacks and coffee available outside. The breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice and tasty croissants.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Located just across the river from the main tourist spots, this hotel offers a quieter, more local experience. the historic building adds charm and character. the host is communicative and helpful before arrival.
The shower in the bathroom was incredibly small and difficult to use comfortably.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable, just across the bridge from all the main tourist spots. Being near the river was a great guide whenever we got lost exploring the charming streets. The rooms were well-appointed, with a view that overlooked a lovely garden. The strong AC was a welcome relief from the hot summer days. Breakfast was delightful, with good pastries and fresh pressed orange juice. It offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.
